Another Democratic operative just explained that a very important thing for people to remember is that, "80% of Americans make less than $100,000."
That, incidentally, was intended by the speaker to be a negative. It amazes me. I didn't realize that a full 20% of Americans make more than $100,000. That's unbelievable. That's wonderful. That's something to be proud of and to shout from the rooftops.
Incidentally, are we supposed to feel bad about the 80% of Americans making less than 100 grand? $100,000 is a ton of money. Is the Democratic party proposing that the new definition of the poverty line should be $100,000?
It's time to put down the crack pipe folks.
