The Commissar has added a new addition to his famous (at least in the blogosphere) line of maps--this one of the
Holy Roman Empire of the Blogs. Of course, he somehow managed to leave off the independent city-state of
INCITE, located somewhere in the Alps. This doesn't particularly surprise me, however, as the Commissar's anti-capitalist revisionist tendencies are widely known.
