Even euroweenies can't hide from the reality that not everybody is like them, and some others are quite
unpleasant. They can either get immigrant-related crime under control (locals rarely commit crime, most of their vices have been legallized) or watch the rest of their society melt away. I wouldn't bet money on the former.
And why does a country so small have companies that specialize in helping people emmigrate? If enough people are fleeing to support a business, your country is fucked.
